The temp just about peaked over 50°F today and it finally felt a little more like Spring here in New York. Some were so excited about the warmer weather that they strolled through Times Square sporting shorts and a tee.

Poco a poco. Let's not rush the season, y'all.

One of the best parts about the change of season? A revamp on the winter wardrobe. We swap bulky boots for pointy-toe flats, heavy jackets for blazers, and wool hats and headbands for the latest trends for Spring this year: headscarves.

Now let me introduce you to Saako Design, a Spanish company that produces earthy and artsy fabric accessories. Everything is made of recycled, eco-friendly material and each piece is HANDMADE in Spain. You can find some of their line in the MoMa in NYC and even Urban Outfitters, and this weekend (March 29th and 30th) you'll find them in Brooklyn at the Artists&Fleas Market in Williamsburg.

The Lily is our featured statement piece here and part of the Spring/Summer 2014 Collection. It comes in 6 different prints, each one designed in bright colors that almost resemble watercolor paints, and finished with geometric shapes over vibrant patterns.

Afraid you won't be able to rock the look, and wind up feeling like an abuelita?

No worries--they've created this nifty little "How-To" illustration so you can try on different looks to find what suits your personal style. You can also wear it as a headband, neck scarf or even tie it into a beach bag! (You definitely don't want to miss out on their newest tote, though!)

Saako has been kind enough to send these handmade bracelets to welcome the brand in NYC to two (2) lucky winners. They're perfect for any weekend getaway, pair really well with metal bangles and are machine-washable for easy cleaning. Colors are on a first-won, first-served basis. All you've got to do is head on over to the Giveaway page to find out what you need to be in it to win it.
